Job Description

Since our founding in 2016, we’ve experienced a wonderful period of organic growth delighting customers and through acquisitions. We are seeking a highly versatile and experienced NetSuite Lead who can serve multiple roles. This techno-functional professional will play a crucial role in bridging conversations between clients and developers, devising creative solutions, and documenting them. They will be comfortable engaging with clients at all levels, including CFOs and CEOs. NetSuite certification and a proven track record of completing multiple end-to-end implementations across various industries are required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a strong appetite for learning and a passion for mentoring and teaching others. This role will be fully remote.

• In this role, you are hands-on AND strategic. You will think critically and ask questions. You are technically proficient in NetSuite and open to creative solutions that fit client needs. Clients will want to work with you.
• Actively support and contribute to our E78 teams as we deliver various components of client engagements including:
  • Identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions.
  • Define the systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design and prototype testing, training, define support procedures, and implement workable NetSuite business solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Configuration and testing of NetSuite solutions in the context of implementation and integration client engagements.
• Maintain day-to-day interactions with clients’ teams and E78 project management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of ERP experience, including at least 5 years of full-cycle NetSuite implementation, integration, scoping, project delivery and post go live support.
• Experience managing implementation teams and direct reports.
• A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with multiple team-members on various clients simultaneously and work as an individual contributor.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of business practices related to Accounting/Operations/ERP across multiple industries.
• Expertise in Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Management and/or Multi-book (certifications or authorizations in these highly desired).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience estimating and scoping NetSuite projects a plus
• NetSuite certifications, or proven progress toward certifications is preferred.

Compensation:

The base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000, plus bonus and will be based on experience.
